Cancellation Policy for Airport Transfers
Refund Policy:
Notice Requirement: To receive a full refund for your airport transfer booking, you must cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup or drop-off time.
Cancellation Process: Cancellations must be made through our official booking platform or by contacting our customer service team.
Refund Processing: Upon successful cancellation within the specified timeframe, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exceptions: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or drop-off time are not eligible for a refund. Special circumstances may be considered at our discretion.
