Cancellations 24 Hours or More Before Scheduled Cleaning:

Guests who cancel their mid-stay cleaning service 24 hours or more before the scheduled cleaning time will receive a full refund of the cleaning fee.

Cancellations 12-23 Hours Before Scheduled Cleaning:

Guests who cancel their mid-stay cleaning service between 12 and 23 hours before the scheduled cleaning time will receive a 50% refund of the cleaning fee.

Cancellations Less Than 12 Hours Before Scheduled Cleaning:

Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning time will not be eligible for a refund.
