1-3 Hours Early Check-In Refund Policy

1. Cancellations 24 Hours Prior to Check-In:

Guests who cancel their Early Check-in request 24 hours or more before the scheduled check-in time will receive a full refund of the Early Check-in fee.

2. Cancellations Between 12-24 Hours Prior to Check-In:

Guests who cancel their Early Check-in request between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time will receive a 50% refund of the Early Check-in fee.

3. Cancellations Less Than 12 Hours Prior to Check-In:

Cancellations of the Early Check-in request made less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time will not be eligible for a refund.
