• No events/parties/loud music.

• No open flames or candles.

• Report any damages immediately.

• Cool cooking oil, pour in a ziploc bag and discarded into trash.

• Please do not flush paper towels and feminine hygiene products in the toilet.

Checkout:

• 11:00 AM checkout time

• Wash dirty dishes and store in cabinets

• Empty all the trash cans and take out the trash in the back of building/parking lot.

• Place used towels and linen in the laundry basket.

• Please do not remake beds.

• Move furniture back to its original location.

• Double check for left behind belongings.

• Turn off all the lights and AC/fans.

• Lock all doors and windows.
